I jotted this down a couple weeks ago when it happened, with the intent of posting it for everyone's amusement. Yeah, I'm a slow-wad.Hilarious.
I’m working upstairs now, and I can hear my parents talking down below but I can’t make out the words… and do you know what I am thinking? I am wondering why they are bothering to talk when no one is around to hear them.
Yes, there is something off with me.

You're thinking writerly thoughts, heh. Sometimes I fall into that and suddenly think how someone I'm talking to would make a great character, or how an experience would make good material, heh. It's more like you're collecting writing material than experiencing anything. At least that's how it can be for me at times.
